Mill City Volleyball Club is proud to announce that we have expanded our services to include full recruitment assistance completed by an in house recruiting coordinator. The key for recruitment is exposure, and that is what we can offer to you. With the rise in club participation, the ease for coaches to access information online, and the heightened workload most coaches are facing, players are generally lucky to get 2-3 minutes of face time with coaches at events. Unfortunately, this is generally not the case. A common myth is that by simply playing in either high school or club volleyball, players are positioning themselves in the best light to get recruited. For most, club volleyball is a culmination of hard work, dedication, skill development, and gameplay with the ultimate goal of playing in college.
